If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your product, we will gladly exchange or refund your money. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department at info@ladove.com or call (1-800-274-2456) to obtain a return authorization number before sending products back. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Please include original invoice and ship in a secure manner. Headwear Hair cannot be held responsible for returned items that are not received. Customer satisfaction is a priority for Headwear Hair; you have our assurance that any issues will be resolved.
